From my initial phone call, to the estimate appointment, to the scheduling of the job, through to completion—Pristine Kitchen and Bath was top notch in every way. Zach and his team were very kind, honest and quick with the whole process. Always kept us informed on what was happening and when, they respected our space and even through remodel kept things clean and organized. I’ve had a few companies over the years in our home needing crawl space access and most of which never take into account to not let our cats go in, Zach’s team always kept the door closed upon my request. This was a small thing for them that truly meant a lot to me. Those little attentions to details are why I will use them again for future remodel in the rest of our home.

I highly recommend Zach and Pristine Kitchen and Bath. I needed an emergency shower remodel due to a crack in a shower pan. Zach was quick to respond for a consultation and quote. He offered a variety of options and solutions to my problem and was very knowledgeable and detailed in his explanations. Zach and his team at Pristine Kitchen and Bath were also very professional with good communication through the process. The project was completed on schedule, which is very much appreciated. Skill, integrity and flexibility are key attributes to have in a contractor working on your home. Zach and his crew embody these three. First project they did for me was to do the tile work for a master bath remodel that I had been doing myself. Dealing with very large format tiles that required ingenuity to get into my bathroom and flexibility when the tile had strength issues (wasn’t told by the distributor that they were discontinuing it due to its fragility) Pristine saw the job through completion with incredible results. Second project was them remodeling another 3 piece bathroom with fantastic results. Being able to work with Zach and adjust design and plans on the fly during the normal course of issues that arise during a remodel was a breeze. He seems to be well connected with good subs and expertise as needed to get a quality job done. Finding a contractor with great integrity has made my remodels a lot less stressful.

We had Pristine Kitchen and Bath completely redo our upstairs guest bath, and we could not be happier. Zach was on time every day, let us know what would be happening when, and was very easy to work with. He and his crew were professional, cleaned up the worksite every day, and they had excellent attention to detail. We were not looking forward to dealing with the stress of a remodel, but had we known how smooth this process would be, we wouldn't have worried! The product was to a high standard, and it came together beautifully. We would absolutely hire them again.
